Administrator | Theatres | Hull and East Riding | Part time 22.5 hours | Competitive Salary and Great benefits Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre administration team on a Part time Basis 22.5 hours. Contract Type: Perm- Part time Duties and Responsibilities: - Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies. - Maintaining computer and manual filing systems. - Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries. - Greeting and assisting visitors to the department. - Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues. - Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed. - Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
