What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Self Employed Property Consultant:

• Developing your own property business and building a strong presence across Epsom and Ashtead
• Generating new sales instructions through valuations, networking and local business development
• Conducting property appraisals and advising homeowners on pricing and marketing strategies
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local property professionals
• Managing property marketing, viewings, negotiations and sales progression through to completion
• Building your personal reputation and developing a consistent pipeline of future business

• Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales
• Strong valuation, negotiation and business development skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Entrepreneurial approach with the ambition to build and run your own business

• Good knowledge of the Epsom, Ashtead and surrounding property markets
• Professional approach with a strong commitment to customer service and reputation
• Prepared to establish your own business structure, hold appropriate industry registrations and insurance, and provide your own laptop, phone and vehicle
