We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing candidate attraction, screening, and administration with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability for vacancies.
• Writing and posting engaging job advertisements.
• Managing candidate applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Arranging interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
• Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Conducting compliance checks and obtaining right-to-work documentation.
• Providing excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey.
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies and client requirements.
• Working to deadlines and recruitment targets in a busy environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a recruitment resourcing or recruitment administration role.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using recruitment databases, CRM systems, and job boards.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
