Are you organised, confident communicating with customers and enjoy a role where you can take ownership of your workload? We are recruiting for a Collections Administrator to join a growing business that offers a friendly, supportive working environment, excellent benefits and the opportunity to develop your skills.

This isn't your typical debt collection role! It's predominantly administration-based, so if you enjoy managing cases, investigating information, problem-solving and keeping things organised, this could be a great opportunity. You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of cases, communicating with customers mainly by email and post, and ensuring everything progresses smoothly.

Previous experience in debt collection isn't essential. If you have a background in administration, customer service or complaints handling, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided!

What’s in it for you?

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Salary: £25,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £32,500
  • Holiday: 20 days' annual leave, plus a Christmas to New Year shutdown
  • Gifted birthday off
  • Option to purchase additional holiday
  • Access to BHSF, private medical appointments and mental health support
  • Death-in-service cover
  • Career progression opportunities

  • Free on-site parking plus discounted travel options
