What will you be doing?

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to build your own recruitment desk and develop a career in sales and relationship management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing and interviewing talented professionals.
• Negotiating salaries and managing job offers.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Developing specialist knowledge of your chosen market.
