HR Business Partner - Immediately available or no more than 2 weeks notice

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing global biopharma organisation, looking after the London remit.The business is going through an exciting period of expansion alongside organisational restructure and change, so this role needs someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift.This is a genuinely hands-on HRBP role. You'll work closely with senior leaders and managers, supporting them through change, managing complex people issues and navigating some challenging stakeholder relationships and difficult situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and managers across the London business.
• Support the organisation through its current restructure, expansion and wider business change.
• Guide managers and employees through periods of change and ambiguity.
• Manage a broad range of complex and sensitive employee relations cases.
• Coach and challenge managers through difficult people situations.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to challenge and push back when required.
• Support organisational design, restructures and evolving ways of working.
• Work closely with the wider global HR team while representing the needs of the UK business.
• Provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure people decisions are commercially focused and aligned with UK employment law and best practice.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong HR Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Proven experience of supporting organisations through restructures, transformation and significant change.
• Strong UK employment law and ER knowledge. - CIPD L7 (or equivalent)
• Comfortable managing complex ER cases and difficult situations.
• Experience dealing with challenging senior stakeholders and the confidence to influence and challenge.
• Resilient, pragmatic and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
• A genuinely hands-on approach, rather than being purely strategic.
• Ideally experience within pharma, biopharma, life sciences, healthcare, beauty or another fast-paced regulated environment.
• Experience working within a global or international organisation would be advantageous.
