What Will You Be Doing?
No two days are the same in a specialist setting. Depending on your experience and the needs of the school, you may be:

• Supporting pupils with Autism and additional learning needs
• Helping young people develop communication and social skills
• Providing classroom support alongside teachers and therapists
• Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and behavioural needs
• Encouraging independence and confidence throughout the school day
• Supporting learning through practical, engaging activities

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:

• Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
• A background in education, care, youth work, residential care or support work
• A positive and patient approach
• Strong communication skills
• An interest in SEND, SEMH or specialist education
