Legal Secretary | US Law Firm | £55,000

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm
Location: City of London
Working pattern: 4 days office/1 day home
Salary: Competitive up to £55k, plus benefits

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a highly respected US law firm in their growing Corporate practice?

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and professional team, providing high-level support to busy fee earners within a fast-paced legal environment. The firm is seeking an organised and proactive individual with strong document production experience who enjoys being a key part of a successful team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex diary and meeting management
• Preparation, formatting and amendment of legal documents and correspondence
• Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
• Billing, expenses and general matter administration
• Providing seamless support to fee earners and wider teams

What we're looking for:

• Previous Legal Secretary experience within a top law firm
• Strong document production skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting busy teams
