Launch Your Career in Project Management

Are you experienced on construction sites and looking for the next step in your career?

Do you have experience working in construction, fit-out, bathrooms, waterproofing, or a related trade?

Perhaps you've had some supervisory responsibilities and are ready to progress, but haven't yet had the opportunity to move into project management.

What's the Opportunity?

This role is designed for someone with practical construction experience who wants to learn the commercial, technical and operational side of managing projects. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and the Operations Team, you'll develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress into a Project Manager position.

You'll gain exposure to:

  • Construction site supervision
  • Project planning and coordination
  • Quality inspections and testing
  • Customer and contractor liaison
  • Site surveys and reporting
  • Health & Safety best practice
  • Labour and delivery coordination
  • Project management processes and systems

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Project Supervisor, you'll spend your time across live projects throughout London and the South East, supporting the successful delivery of installations from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site surveys and pre-start inspections
  • Monitoring progress and quality on active construction sites
  • Communicating with site managers, subcontractors and customers
  • Supporting installation teams with site logistics and coordination
  • Carrying out quality inspections and recording project information
  • Producing site reports and photographic records
  • Assisting with project planning and programme management
  • Learning the technical aspects of systems and installations

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in attitude and potential than previous project management experience.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Experience working within construction, fit-out, bathrooms, waterproofing, maintenance or a similar environment

Confidence working on construction sites and communicating with different trades

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

A full UK driving licence

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous supervisory, team leader or site coordination experience
  • A CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Experience producing site reports or inspections

What's on Offer

  • Full training and mentoring from experienced Project Managers
  • Clear progression route into Project Management
  • Varied and interesting projects across London and the South East
  • Long-term career development opportunities
  • Supportive team environment
  • Ongoing professional development and industry training
