Description

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the correct accounts.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring all approvals are in place.
• Respond to supplier queries and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end reporting activities.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Support other finance team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
