Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team. Key Responsibilities * Assist in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and quotations for roofing projects. * Support the QS team with measurement, take‑offs, and bill of quantities. * Help manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting. * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. * Assist with contract administration, variations, and final accounts. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify completed works. * Maintain accurate project documentation and commercial records. Skills & Experience * Experience in construction or roofing is beneficial but not essential. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Good understanding of construction processes and materials. * Proficient in MS Office; experience with estimating software is a plus. * Excellent communication and organisational abilities. * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
