Scunthorpe Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 6am £41,000 per annum Working in partnership with Tayto Group in Scunthorpe, we're recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join their night shift operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading snack manufacturers, home to iconic brands including Golden Wonder, Mr Porky, REAL Crisps and Tayto. We're looking for a confident and capable production leader with recent food manufacturing experience who is comfortable taking ownership of a production line and leading a team of operatives during the night shift. Because this role operates solely on nights, you'll be a key decision-maker on shift and someone who can lead from the front, solve problems independently and ensure production, quality and safety standards are maintained at all times. The Role As Production Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your production line, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will lead, motivate and support your team whilst driving continuous improvements across productivity, performance and engagement.
