Quantity Surveyor St Austell Salary up to 57,000 + Car allowance Permanent Sphere Solutions are partnering with their client to recruit a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to ensure housing projects are delivered profitably and to the required standards of cost, time, quality, safety and environmental performance. Key Responsibilities: * Provide effective pre- and post-contract commercial support across Major and Minor Works projects. * Assist with tender preparation, including obtaining competitive subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Manage valuations, variations, payments and contract documentation, ensuring works are properly instructed and recorded. * Monitor project costs, financial performance, programme and quality, taking action to maintain commercial targets. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, financial regulations, health & safety requirements and statutory obligations, while providing accurate commercial reporting.
