Join our growing Casualty team as a Pre-Litigation File Handling Assistant, where you'll provide essential support to claims handlers, helping to keep cases moving and deliver excellent service to our clients.

Support our busy Pre-Litigation Casualty teams, keeping claims moving efficiently and delivering outstanding client service.

• Manage and action MOJ Portal tasks, inboxes and case-related workflows
• Support claims handlers with new claim setup, chasers and case progression
• Handle CRU administration and low-value payments
• Maintain accurate records on the case management system
• Manage a caseload of low-value Property Damage claims
• Ensure client SLAs, quality standards and productivity targets are consistently achieved
• Assist with onboarding projects, training initiatives and wider team support as required

Working Hours
35 hours per week, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.

What We're Looking For

• At least 12 months' experience in an administrative or claims support role
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other key IT systems
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload effectively
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
