1-hour paid lunch break
Temporary Contract | Immediate Start Available - 6-12 weeks (could be longer)

We are recruiting for a Temporary Operations Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced organisation based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination, or customer service experience who enjoys variety and can confidently support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the wider operations team
• Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house duties
• Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and databases
• Supporting onboarding and general people administration
• Assisting with operational projects and ad hoc tasks
• Ensuring office facilities and shared spaces run smoothly

About You

• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in
• Previous administration, operations, reception, or customer service experience is beneficial
