Hays are working with an established organisation based in Bangor to recruit a part-time Receptionist on a temporary basis. This role is available for an immediate start and will initially run for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

Your new role
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming service.
Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Responding to general enquiries
• Providing general administrative support
• Ensuring the reception area is professionally maintained
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly approach. Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience would be beneficial. You should be comfortable dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries and be available to start immediately.

What you'll get in return

• Hourly rate of £12.78 per hour
• Part-time 9am -1pm from Monday to Friday.
• Seeking a short-term position with the possibility of a longer-term extension.
• Immediate start
