We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and passionate Teacher of Science to join our team. The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stage 3, with some Key Stage 4 teaching, including Year 10 Biology on their timetable. We are looking for a dedicated practitioner who can deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity, develop scientific understanding and encourage a love of learning. The ability to make Science accessible, enjoyable and challenging for students of all abilities is essential. The successful candidate will: * Teach engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stage 3. * Deliver Year 10 Biology lessons as part of their teaching timetable. * Plan and assess learning to ensure students make good progress. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students are motivated to achieve their best. * Contribute positively to the wider Science department and school community. * Demonstrate a commitment to raising achievement and maintaining high expectations of all students. The position is offered on a fixed-term basis until July 2027, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
