We are seeking a Divisional Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership, governance support, education, and quality improvement across a portfolio of clinics specialising in Laser Vision correction surgery, IOL surgery and Cataract surgery.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence patient care, develop clinical teams, and drive excellence across a leading healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to clinic teams.
• Deliver training and professional development programmes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and share best practice.
• Ensure compliance with CQC, GOC, ISO and other regulatory requirements.
• Support performance management, clinical governance and patient safety.
• Drive improvements in patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clinic managers, surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.

About You

• Registered Healthcare Professional.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in ophthalmology, surgery, aesthetics or a related clinical field would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the South East region.
