As a Hr Co-Ordinator (Temp) , you will help keep day-to-day Human Resources administration organised for a Not For Profit organisation. You will handle varied HR tasks accurately, helping colleagues access clear and timely support throughout the temporary contract.

Description

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support smooth day-to-day administration.
• Respond to routine HR queries and provide clear information to colleagues.
• Prepare letters, forms and other HR documents with care and attention to detail.
• Coordinate meetings, diaries and appointments to keep HR activity on track.
• Update HR systems and files, ensuring information is complete and easy to access.
• Support the organisation of recruitment and onboarding administration where required.
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to manage changing priorities during the contract.

Profile

A successful 'Hr Co-Ordinator (Temp)' should have:

• Experience of providing accurate HR administration.
• Confidence maintaining records, documents and HR systems.
• Ability to manage meetings, diaries and routine correspondence.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for responding to HR queries.
• Good attention to detail when handling confidential employee information.
• Ability to organise workload and manage several tasks at once.

Job Offer

• Temporary contract.
• Hourly pay of £14 to £17, dependent on the level of experience.
