Site Manager Required - Warehouse Refurbishment - Winchester We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Winchester, commencing next week. Project Details * Location: Winchester * Project Value: £500,000 * Start Date: Immediate / Next Week * Duration: 8 - 12 weeks Scope of Works The refurbishment will include: * Warehouse strip-out and enabling works * Internal painting and decorating * Flooring installation * Suspended ceiling works * Installation of temporary fixtures and fittings * Coordination of subcontractors and site activities * Health & Safety management and compliance Requirements * Proven experience managing refurbishment projects * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and site documentation Responsibilities * Day-to-day site management * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget * Coordinating trades and subcontractors * Client and stakeholder liaison * Maintaining programme and quality standards * Site reporting and record keeping * Must have fit out experience - Warehouse fit preferable To apply or discuss the role further, please contact us today with your CV and availability
