Part-Time Receptionist

Salary: £14 per hour

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Part-Time, Monday – Friday 10am-2pm (flexible)

Summary

Our client is looking for a friendly, professional and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, providing a welcoming and efficient reception service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

Hours: Part-Time, Monday – Friday 10am-2pm (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails
• Manage appointments, bookings and meeting room schedules
• Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information
• Receive and distribute post and deliveries
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming and well-organised reception area
• Carry out general administrative and clerical duties
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Support colleagues with day-to-day office administration

• Confident communicating with people face-to-face, by telephone and in writing
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office or similar systems
• Able to work independently while also being a supportive team member
