Site Manager – Façade Remediation – Leeds City Centre Location: Leeds City Centre Job Type:Permanent Salary: Negotiable depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a façade remediation project on an existing office block in Leeds City Centre. Working with an established main contractor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities: * Managing the day-to-day running of the site. * Overseeing façade remediation works and specialist subcontractors. * Coordinating deliveries, access and logistics within a busy city centre location. * Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed. * Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management. * Maintaining quality standards throughout the project. * Attending site meetings and liaising with the wider project team. Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Site Manager on façade remediation or cladding replacement projects. * Strong understanding of external envelope works. * Experience managing projects within restricted or busy locations. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. * Good organisational and communication skills. * Ability to manage subcontractors and drive the programme forward.
