Site Engineer – Data Centre Project Location: Middlesbrough Contract: Freelance / Temporary Duration: 18–24 Months Start: ASAP Rate: Competitive Day Rate Bond Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer to work on a major new-build data centre project in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to work with a leading UK main contractor on a large-scale construction project, with approximately 18–24 months of work available. Key Responsibilities: * Setting out for groundworks, foundations, drainage, services and structural works. * Carrying out QA/QC inspections and maintaining accurate site records. * Producing as-built surveys and checking works against drawings and specifications. * Liaising with the Senior Engineer, site management and subcontractors. * Ensuring works are delivered accurately and in accordance with programme requirements. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer. * Previous experience on large commercial, industrial or data centre projects preferred. * Strong setting out and surveying skills. * Competent using AutoCAD and robotic total stations. * Good understanding of QA procedures and construction drawings. * CSCS card essential.
