Familiarity with service management tools or experience designing target state architectures would be advantageous but not essential. Industry knowledge within financial services can provide additional context when supporting transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrable experience in business analysis with expertise in gathering requirements and constructing process designs that support delivery activities.
• Experience or understanding of designing target state business architecture such as capability maps, operating models, value streams or service models is desirable.
• Strategic acumen enabling comprehension of organisational objectives and formulation of effective transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills facilitating positive relationships across teams and consensus-building in multifaceted environments.
• Background in business process analysis or finance transformation environments with an emphasis on continuous improvement initiatives.
