Communications Specialist | Europe

Salary - £48k FTE

Full or Part time (3/4 days p/week)

Hybrid working - 2 days on site

Are you an expert in Internal and External communications and have experience across European markets? Resourcing4HR are delighted to be partnering with a growing international business to recruit a Communications Specialist to join its European People team. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys combining creative content, digital communications and employee engagement in a varied, visible role, with potential for future career development.

This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape internal communications across the UK, France, Germany and Ireland, while managing and developing the European social media presence.

Working closely with the HR Director Europe and Group Marketing team in Australia, you'll play a key role in bringing the people strategy and culture to life through clear, engaging and impactful communications.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the internal communications calendar across Europe.
• Create engaging content, including leadership announcements, HR updates, policy launches and culture campaigns.
• Manage and enhance the employee SharePoint hub.
• Own day-to-day social media activity, primarily LinkedIn, including employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Lead communications campaigns supporting HR projects, employee engagement and organisational change.
• Monitor content performance and engagement, continually improving communications.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, country managers and international stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex messages clear and accessible.
• Hands-on experience managing professional social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
• Experience with SharePoint, intranet platforms and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A creative, proactive approach and a genuine interest in employee experience.

French or German language skills would be a real advantage, as would experience in an international business and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
