CSA Supervisor – Data Centre – Helsinki, Finland Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to their clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in their sector. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join them in Helsinki, Finland. Responsibilities Internal Construction & Fit-Out Supervision * Supervise the delivery of internal CSA works across the data centre, including internal walls, partitions, raised access floors, ceilings, doors, architectural finishes and associated builders' works, ensuring installations meet project specifications and approved drawings. Subcontractor & Site Team Coordination * Manage and coordinate internal fit-out subcontractors and site teams, overseeing daily activities, labour allocation, work sequencing and productivity to ensure works are delivered safely and in line with the construction programme. MEP Interface & Builders' Works Coordination * Coordinate closely with mechanical and electrical teams to manage builders' work requirements, service penetrations, equipment bases, openings and installation interfaces, ensuring all works are properly sequenced and coordinated. Quality Control & Health and Safety * Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, installation quality and compliance with project specifications, method statements, risk assessments and relevant Finnish health and safety requirements, ensuring defects are identified and resolved promptly. Progress Monitoring & Handover * Monitor progress against programme, report on delays and site constraints, coordinate inspections and snagging activities, and ensure all internal CSA works are completed to the required standard ahead of commissioning, testing and final handover. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background Must have 3+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects EU Passport is preferred Benefits €70,000-€75,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, Overseas allowance
