Parts Sales Advisor Location: South Normanton, DE55 2FH Salary: £29,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:00 Overtime: Saturday mornings 08:00 - 12:00 on a rota basis (paid as overtime) We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy and growing depot based in South Normanton. YOU MUST HAVE PARTS EXPERIENCE! PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU DO. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced parts professional with strong customer service and sales skills to become part of a successful team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, identifying and supplying parts, processing orders and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle or machinery parts Processing orders accurately and efficiently Building and maintaining customer relationships Maximising sales opportunities and promoting products Managing stock enquiries and availability checks Liaising with suppliers and internal departments Maintaining accurate records and system updates The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience within a parts sales, parts advisor or automotive parts role Strong communication and customer service skills Confident using computer systems and parts databases Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and positive approach to work Package: £29,000 annual salary Overtime available for Saturday rota shifts Stable, full-time position Supportive and friendly working environment Immediate interviews available If you have experience in parts sales and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
