We’re working with a fantastic business that is looking to add an enthusiastic and reliable Accounts Administrator to its finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, likes being hands-on and wants to develop their finance experience within a supportive team.

The Role

You’ll play an important role in keeping the day-to-day finance function running smoothly, supporting the wider finance team across a range of accounting and administrative duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Raising invoices and credit notes
• Posting payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Carrying out bank and account reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier and customer queries
• Assisting with payment runs
• Supporting month-end processes
• Maintaining accurate finance records and spreadsheets
• Providing general administrative support to the wider finance team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Some office based experience
