Role Summary

If you are an experienced financial services administrator seeking wider variety across both wealth management and lending, this role offers rare balance. Supporting an expanding advisory team, you will handle holistic financial planning alongside mortgage cases, broadening your technical remit across an active client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration across pensions and investments, giving you comprehensive exposure to diverse wealth planning cases.
• Support the mortgage advisory team two days a week, broadening your lending knowledge and diversifying your technical skill set.
• Liaise directly with investment platforms, lenders, and clients, giving you autonomy over case progression and strengthening your industry relationships.
• Assist with onboarding newly acquired client portfolios, providing practical insight into book integrations within an expanding practice.

Requirements

• Proven administrative experience within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Practical working knowledge of mortgage administration or lender processing.
• Familiarity with financial planning back-office systems and provider platforms.
• Strong communication skills when coordinating with clients, advisers, and product providers.
