  • Record rental income, service charges, deposits and other property-related transactions.
  • Complete bank reconciliations, process supplier invoices and support month-end accounting activities.
  • Maintain tenant and landlord ledgers, ensuring financial information is accurate and up to date.

  • Prepare financial reports, including rent arrears and other management information.
  • Maintain tenancy agreements, renewal schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate property inspections, liaising with tenants, contractors and external advisers.
  • Support property valuation administration, maintaining accurate records and coordinating external valuations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, financial controls and reporting.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A strong understanding of bank reconciliations, financial record keeping and transactional accounting.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial information.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, tenants, suppliers and external stakeholders.
