Production Operative

Location: King's Lynn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm
Type: Permanent

A well-established business within the agricultural and horticultural sector is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role in a production and warehouse environment and is looking for a stable, long-term position with family-friendly working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Mixing and preparing products in line with production requirements

• Labelling finished products accurately

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Moving stock safely around the site

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence essential

• Previous experience within a warehouse, production, manufacturing or dispatch environment preferred

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
