Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic and commercial decisions.

  • Partner closely with the CEO, CFO and senior leadership team on business performance and growth initiatives.

  • Produce regular management reporting, financial analysis and performance dashboards for senior leadership and the Board.

  • Analyse revenue, profitability, costs, cash flow and key business drivers, identifying opportunities and risks.

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting processes.

  • Provide financial insight into new products, markets, investments and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to improve visibility across the organisation.

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive accountability for financial performance.

  • Support capital planning, scenario analysis and strategic decision-making.

  • Continue to develop and improve the company's FP&A infrastructure, processes and reporting capabilities.

  • Present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders and non-finance executives.

Candidate Profile
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent finance professional.

  • Significant experience within FP&A, financial planning, corporate finance or strategic finance.

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.

  • Experience operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial or financial-services environment.

  • Commercially focused with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insight.

  • Comfortable working directly with C-suite executives and Board-level stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience building or developing FP&A processes and teams would be highly advantageous.

  • A background in financial services, fintech, capital markets, insurance, exchanges or technology would be particularly relevant.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take ownership of FP&A within a business undergoing significant growth and development. The successful individual will have substantial exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence both financial strategy and wider business direction.

Compensation: $250,000 base + additional bonus/equity opportunity.
