Are you an ATT-qualified tax professional looking to take the next step in your Global Mobility career?

Join a leading and fast-growing Global Mobility Services team, advising a diverse client base ranging from multinational organisations to ambitious start-ups expanding internationally. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of expatriate tax and employment tax matters while developing your advisory, client management and leadership skills.

Working as part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team, you will support clients with the challenges of managing an international workforce, including cross-border working, remote working arrangements, international assignments and global mobility compliance. You'll work closely with specialists across tax, immigration, technology and mobility services to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Review UK expatriate tax returns and income tax/NIC calculations
• Conduct arrival and departure tax briefings
• Prepare written advice and support clients on a variety of global mobility matters
• Manage advisory and compliance projects from start to finish
• Keep clients informed of legislative and technical developments
• Support business development initiatives and proposal work
• Mentor, coach and review the work of junior team members

About You

• ATT qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in UK expatriate tax, including compliance and advisory work
• Strong understanding of international assignments, social security and mobility-related tax issues
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Commercially aware, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to take on responsibility
• A collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
