Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Administrator to join an established business in the Bolney area on a permanent basis.

This is an entry-level opportunity with a growing business, offering full training and hands-on experience. Ideal for someone eager to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career, with genuine opportunities for progression and promotion as the business grows

Your duties will include:

• Responsible for efficiently uploading customer orders into the system
• Being the first point of contact with suppliers to request shipping details
• Coordinate directly with customers who place orders with suppliers, ensuring smooth arrangements for collection and shipment to the UK
• Manage phone calls, directing them to the right team members, and proactively assisting when needed
• Handle email correspondence with suppliers, ensuring that shipping details are properly processed and moved to the next stage

Key requirements:

• You must be a car driver
• Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and basic understanding of Excel
• Confident computer skills
• Customer liaison experience via email and phone is preferred
