Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer * Location: London / Within the M25 * Salary: £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial office sites across London. The successful candidate will have a strong air conditioning and HVAC background, with experience working on chillers being highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a long-term mobile position, offering a competitive salary, company vehicle with private use and plenty of overtime opportunities. The Role * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. * Servicing, fault-finding and repairing air conditioning equipment, chillers and associated plant. * Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works to ensure equipment operates efficiently. * Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs across the portfolio. * Working predominantly across London and within the M25, with occasional travel to other sites for holiday cover. * Participating in a call-out rota. * Overtime available, including weekends. Package * Salary of £50,000–£55,000, depending on experience. * Monday–Friday, days. 40-hour week * Company vehicle with private use permitted. * Fuel card. * Company phone and tablet. * Plenty of overtime opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer or AC Engineer. * Strong commercial building services experience. * Good knowledge of air conditioning, chillers and HVAC systems. * Relevant industry qualifications. * Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair skills. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Full UK driving licence. * Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
