Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Southern Housing Group who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Compliance Officer this role will be based at: Building 800, Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME9 8GU, 3 days remote, 2 days in the office. The right candidate will: * Book appointments, update calendars, arrange travel and accommodation as required. * Provide administrative support to the Compliance Managers. * Provide project support to the team and lead on key administrative projects as required. * Support the management and monitoring of relevant compliance contracts. * Assist others in the department to ensure efficient and effective administrative practices. * Deal with telephone calls, emails, CRM’s and written correspondence as necessary. * Liaison with members of staff in other departments and external contacts. * Monitor group e-mail inboxes * Ensure records on Apex and other databases are accurate and up to date. We require the following: * Experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially within a social housing environment. * Understanding of Compliance areas and requirements on housing organisations.
