Chalk Hill Group are partnering with an international, global brand, based in Andover, in their search for a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, this position will turn financial insight into commercial action, identify opportunities to maximise profitability and help shape business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities, challenge results and improve sales and profitability.
• Deliver sharp reporting, insightful analysis and clear recommendations that drive better business decisions.
• Track performance against targets, highlighting risks, opportunities and actions needed to stay on course.
• Evaluate ROI and ROAS across marketing, promotions and customer spend to ensure investment delivers results.
• Develop financial models and commercial scenarios to support investment decisions and growth plans.
• Translate complex financial information into compelling performance updates and actionable insight.
• Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver shared objectives.

About You:

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with the confidence to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven commercial finance business partnering experience within FMCG.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing or other commercially focused teams.
• Strong skills across financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and modelling.
• Experience evaluating commercial investment, ROI and business performance.
• The ability to turn financial data into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and communicating with non-finance colleagues.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
