£50,000–£60,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise in property and housing disputes within a supportive team, handling a varied caseload with scope for further career progression.

The Role

• Residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Section 8 and Section 21 possession proceedings
• Rent arrears and debt recovery
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and court applications
• Advising on litigation strategy and negotiating settlements
• Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE
• Experience in property litigation, housing litigation or related dispute resolution
• Familiarity with possession claims and rent arrears recovery
• Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Strong drafting, communication and client care skills

Experience acting for landlords, property investors, letting agents or housing providers would be advantageous.
