You'll be responsible for: Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team Driving sales growth and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty Taking ownership of store performance and identifying opportunities to increase sales Coaching, training and developing team members to reach their potential Recruiting, onboarding and retaining talented retail professionals Managing rotas, payroll and store expenditure to meet budgets Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards Managing stock availability, replenishment and effective use of store space Monitoring sales performance and using commercial data to improve results Creating a positive team culture where customer service and sales performance are priorities Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently maintained About You We're looking for a commercially minded Store Manager who understands how to balance people, product and performance.
