Receptionist – Prestigious Law Firm, Birmingham City Centre

£25,000 | Shifts: 8am-4pm / 9:30am-5:30pm

A well-established law firm in the heart of Birmingham is looking for a warm Receptionist to be the front of the Firm. Whether you've already got reception experience or you've built your people skills in luxury hospitality and fancy a move into professional services, this could be exactly the switch you're after.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional, friendly first impression
• Managing calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Handling diaries and correspondence via Outlook
• Keeping the office running smoothly — supplies, deliveries, general upkeep
• Getting involved in firm events and client hospitality

What they're looking for:

• Reception experience OR a background in luxury hospitality
• Confident, professional communication skills
• Comfortable with Outlook and general computer systems
• A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in building a career
