Warehouse / Production Operative – Meldreth, Royston Location: Meldreth, Royston, Hertfordshire Pay: £13.00 per hour (Monday–Friday) Saturday & Bank Holiday Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing Temporary to Permanent Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Production Operatives for a busy food production company based in Meldreth, near Royston. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for consistent, full-time work with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Working on a busy food production line. Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch. Loading, unloading and moving stock (up to 20kg). Operating production machinery, including meat band saws where required, following appropriate training. Carrying out quality checks on products and packaging. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Completing daily cleaning and wash-down duties. Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, production or food manufacturing experience is desirable. Reliable, hardworking individuals with a good work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg. Willing to carry out cleaning duties and follow food hygiene procedures. Able to work well as part of a team. Previous meat band saw experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
