Sales Executive

Harlow – near the train station

£24-25k basic + OTE

Southam Selections are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive, based within an Insurance Brokers in Harlow.

They are looking for a strong personality, and someone who will fit into their great team.

They have a very low turnover of staff and they want someone who has worked with targets and KPI's in the past.

This role will be a mix of customer service and sales, but you will need to close the deals and deal with objections with customers.

The company will provide full training for the successful candidates, and there will be progression opportunities for those who work hard.

This role will be contacting new and existing customers, keeping customers, so offering renewal quotes.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm - office based.

No weekends, no Bank Holidays!

The Role

• Follow up leads provided by online quotes for motor insurance and convert the sale
• Identify new leads and overcome customer objections using open ended questions
• Deal with any objections from the customer
• Work towards targets and KPIs
• Fill in an online form and take all the customers details to get an accurate quote
• Follow up calls to the customer
• Deal with existing customers when their insurance is due for renewal
• Deal with general inbound calls
• Work with their internal CRM and update customer details
