FX Trader (Mandarin speaking) - Chinese FX market experience

cer Financial are working alongside a bank, who are based in London. They are seeking an FX Trader who to work with them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Execute FX (RMB) or precious metals trades during Beijing night hours on behalf of Head Office.
• Monitor trading positions, manage exposures, and execute hedging transactions within approved limits.
• Track trading P&L, assess market risks, and report to senior management.
• Research global financial markets and prepare regular market reports.
• Maintain trading policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage counterparty relationships and trading agreements, including ISDA, GMRA, and NAFMII.
• Coordinate with Head Office and counterparties to ensure efficient trade execution.

The candidate:

• Experience in FX (RMB) or precious metals trading.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management.
• Ability to execute trades and manage positions independently.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Refinitiv Workspace, and CFETS.
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• Mandarin speaking.
