This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting children with different learning needs and wants to help create a positive, inclusive classroom. You'll work closely with teachers to support pupils' academic progress, social development and emotional well-being.

• Role: Learning Support Assistant

• Setting: Mainstream Primary School
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: £90-£105 per day, depending on experience
• Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
• Term time only
• DBS: Enhanced DBS required, or willingness to apply

Your Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
• Help deliver engaging lessons and tailored learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Support pupils' social and emotional development.
• Work alongside teachers to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom.
• Adapt support to help every child access learning and reach their potential.

• Previous experience in education or supporting children is beneficial but not essential.
