Commercial Solicitor

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join a growing legal team and take responsibility for a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role

You will advise clients on a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• General corporate work
• Property aspects of commercial transactions (advantageous)

You’ll manage transactions from instruction through to completion, draft and negotiate key documentation, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on the sale and purchase of businesses and companies
• Managing transactions end-to-end
• Drafting and negotiating SPAs, heads of terms, confidentiality agreements and related documents
• Advising on commercial contracts and relevant property matters
• Managing your own caseload efficiently
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Ideal Candidate

• Solid background in commercial law
• Experience in business sales/acquisitions and commercial contracts
• Commercial property experience highly advantageous
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Confident managing a varied caseload
