About the Role

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to join a vibrant, fast-paced team? As a Sales Development Executive, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to new and existing landlords across the UK.

You’ll be contacting landlords to understand their specific requirements, obtain and present tailored insurance quotes, handle objections, and close sales—all while working within a supportive, compliant, and target-driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Direct Outbound/Inbound Sales: Contact new and existing landlords to offer a wide range of specialised insurance products.
• Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs, provide accurate quotes, handle objections, and confidently close sales.
• Compliant Operations: Ensure all sales and processes adhere strictly to industry regulations using our in-house CRM (Salesforce) and insurance partner platforms.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Help identify the best methods to generate and convert lead opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting rapport with landlords to drive account retention and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales & Customer Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a busy, target-driven sales or customer care environment.
• Phone Confidence: Excellent phone manner with proven skills in building instant rapport, handling objections, and closing deals.
• KPI Driven: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales and activity targets.
• Compliant Mindset: Comfortable navigating regulated environments and detailed sales processes.
• Tech Savvy: PC-literate across Microsoft applications; prior experience with Salesforce is a big bonus (though full training is provided!).
