  • Manage venues, catering, AV, photography and contingency planning.
  • Support virtual and hybrid events where required, including platform set-up, speaker preparation and technical rehearsals.
  • Create and coordinate event materials, including invitations, RSVP processes, joining instructions, signage, handouts, name badges, presentations and on-screen assets.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop event formats, agendas and attendee experiences.
  • Brief speakers, coordinate preparation sessions and ensure everyone is clear on timings, responsibilities and messaging.
  • Manage attendee communications and post-event follow-up, including feedback collection where appropriate.
  • Monitor and report on event performance, including attendance, audience demographics, engagement, costs and agreed outcomes.
  • Oversee branded merchandise for events and recruitment activities, including stock management, ordering, storage and distribution.
  • Manage individual event budgets, monitor expenditure and contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting for the events programme.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating where appropriate with venues, printers, production companies and merchandise suppliers.
What you'll need:
  1. A 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree from a recognised university, in any discipline.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong proofreading and organisational skills.
  3. Knowledge of the consultancy or professional services sector, alongside previous experience organising and delivering events.
  4. A demonstrable enthusiasm for supporting the growth and development of a successful, expanding business, at both operational and strategic levels.
  5. Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages would be an advantage.
Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience organising events, ideally within a professional services firm.
