Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Administrator to join an established business in the Bolney area on a permanent basis.

You will work closely with the producers to ensure all necessary information is gathered and accurately recorded. Your focus will be on maintaining clear communication, coordinating key details, and ensuring every aspect of the process is organised and managed efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Manage and organise responses from producers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and updated in the system
• Actively contact suppliers to obtain missing or correct any incorrect information, ensuring smooth order processing and timely shipments
• Take initiative to chase producers for outstanding information, maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail to avoid delays
• Work closely with the EU team, fostering strong communication to ensure minimal disruption to workflow and timely completion of tasks

Key requirements:

• Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and basic understanding of Excel
• Confident computer skills
• Customer liaison experience via email and phone is preferred
