The role

As a Community Care Worker, you'll support individuals with their daily living needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting personal care and daily routines
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Following individual care plans
• Promoting dignity, respect and choice at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous care experience is desirable
• A caring, patient and compassionate approach
• Reliability and a professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• A commitment to providing person-centred care
• An enhanced DBS and relevant training, where required for the assignment

A driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for community assignments involving travel between service users.
