Maintenance Technician - Dudley Annual Salary - £40,000 to £44,000 Mon to Fri - 7.30am to 4.00pm We are recruiting for a Major Packaging company based in the heart of the black country area and looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their long standing, successful team.Job Profile: Opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance. Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation. Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Working closely with production teams to achieve operational targets. Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in line with company procedures. Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will have: Previous experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting industrial or production equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge, alongside a working understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems. Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills. The ability to prioritise workloads and respond effectively to breakdown situations. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work overtime when required. A willingness to travel internationally on occasion. Desirable: CNC milling and/or lathe machining experience. Experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques. What's on Offer? Competitive salary of £40,000 – £44,000.
